Cancellation Policy
If you handle the payment by bank transfer (bancontact or iDeal), your reservation will be changed at a non-refundable rate.
The cancellation conditions below only apply if guaranteed with a credit card.
Flexible - 14 days
The guest can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. The guest pays the cost of the first night if he/she cancels within 14 days before arrival. If the guest does not show up, he/she will pay the total price of the reservation.

Accessibility
All floors are accessible by lift, but as we are located in an old building, we regret to inform you that we are not fully wheelchair accessible. There are 2 large staircases at the main entrance and due to the layout of the hotel rooms, not all bathrooms and toilets are accessible.
